MOUNTAIN VIEW CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
Mountain View Christian School is a private, Seventh-day Adventist Center of Learning located in Missoula - a city of 72,000 people and nestled in the Northern Rockies of Montana. At Mountain View Christian School, our first priority is your child's education and well-being. We work diligently to see that each child receives the greatest benefits of our educational program. Our dedicated christian teachers and volunteers present the school's comprehensive accredited curriculum in order to promote the development of the whole child - head, hand, and heart. The students at Mountain View Christian School will develop a love for God and others, as they grow a love for learning.

Dear PreK and Kindergarten Parents,
Welcome to Mountain View Christian School!
For those of you who have a child entering PreK or Kindergarten for the first time, we are thrilled you have chosen our school and Christian education.
I am excited to be working together as a team with our volunteers for the PreK and Kindergarten program. My passion is sharing God's love and helping all students love learning!
At Mountain View Elementary, our first priority is your child's education and well-being. We will work diligently to see that each child received the greatest benefits of our educational program. This year, our school wide theme is based on the Bible text from 1 Thessalonians 5:11, "Encourage one another and build each other up." Those are words that we can all live by and are such an important foundation in developing relationships. It is our desire tat your child will be an encourager of others, a builder with Jesus as their Friend and Comforter during their time in the MVCS PreK and Kindergarten program.
We will welcome and encourage you to partner with us by daily reading with your child, participating in our volunteer opportunities, talking with your child about their school experiences, and sharing in open communication with the staff of MVCS throughout to school year.
We at MVCS look forward to journeying with your family, while keeping our hearts centered on the eternal goal of Kingdom-bound children as we are reminded through Proverbs 22:6.

The Mountain View Christian School is owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. With Adventist schools in nearly 150 countries, approximately 1.5 million attending students, 85,000 teachers, and 7,500 schools it is one of the largest Christian education systems in the world. The Seventh-day Adventist Church honors and worships God as the Creator of all/Lord of all. The original relationship, that existed between God and mankind at creation, has been since marred by sin. The SDA Church views Christian education as an important means to restore this relationship. Pursuant to this, our schools: recognize that God is truth; foster whole person development; nurture faith; and educate for eternity. The Mountain View Christian School is specifically affiliated with the Missoula Seventh-day Adventist Church. We have worship services every Saturday morning, starting at 9:30 AM. All are invited and welcome to attend.
